Put cleanup on the timeline.
Your planner or day-of coordinator builds a minute-by-minute timeline for the day. Add two lines to it: when the crew arrives, and who hands over the card box and the car keys for the gifts. That's all the coordination we need.
If the venue requires everything out within an hour of the last dance, book the quiet early start. The crew begins on the cocktail area and gift table while you're still dancing.

Multi-day celebrations
Mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception at the same venue? Book each night separately and we'll try to keep the same crew lead across all of them. We reset the room between events and pack each night's décor separately so nothing gets mixed up.

Wedding cleanup questions
When should we book wedding cleanup?
As soon as you've signed with your venue and know your end time. Saturdays from May to October book up first. You can change details from your booking page until two days before.
Does the venue clean up after a wedding?
It depends on the contract. Many venues clean floors and restrooms themselves but expect you to remove décor, trash and rentals by a set time. Others charge a cleaning fee or keep part of the deposit if the room isn't left as agreed. Check the cleanup and load-out sections of your contract.
Can you handle candle wax and confetti?
Yes. We scrape wax from tables and floors where it's safe to do so and pick up confetti and petals inside and out. Glitter and loose confetti take longer, so mention them in your notes.
Do you handle the card box or cash?
No. Please choose a family member to take the card box and any envelopes before the crew starts. We'll pack everything else from the gift table.
Can our planner book for us?
Yes. Planners can book on your behalf and add you as the contact, or book under their own name. See venues and planners.
