What most events cost.
Event hall, ending before 2 AM, no add-ons. Homes price about the same; barns, tents and parks price higher; hotel ballrooms and offices lower.

Time of night
Arrivals before 2 AM cost the same as any other time. Arrivals at 2 AM or later add 15% to labor. Next-morning visits take 10% off labor.
Venue deadlines
If the venue's out-by time leaves less than three and a half hours, we add people to finish in time. Every person sent is billed for at least two hours. A 30-minute early start usually costs less than extra crew.
Short notice
Bookings made less than 48 hours before arrival add 10% (at least $50).
Deposit and balance
A 25% deposit, at least $75, holds your crew. It comes off your total. Pay the balance after the job from your booking page. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
Pricing questions
How is the price calculated?
From guest count, venue type, package and add-ons, plus any short-notice or after-2 AM adjustments. Every line shows in the booking form.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $249.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit (at least $75) holds your date and comes off the total. The balance is due after the job, from a link on your booking page.
Can the price change after I book?
Only if the event changes, for example more guests or a different venue. If the crew finds much more than the booking described, the lead calls you before doing extra work.
Can I tip the crew?
Yes, from your booking page after the job. Tips go to the crew who worked your event.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards work toward any booking and are a popular wedding gift.
