Gala cleanup questions
Can you meet a tight load-out window?
Yes. Enter the venue's out-by time in the booking form and we add crew to finish inside it. You'll see the cost of the extra crew as its own line, along with what a 30-minute early start would save.
Do you work with hotel banquet staff?
Yes. Hotel staff usually handle their own tables, linens and service ware. We take your décor, signage, auction materials and anything the hotel expects you to remove, which is why hotel ballrooms price lower.
Can you inventory what we take home?
Yes. The crew lead photographs the packed boxes, labels showing, and the photos appear on your booking page.
