These terms apply when you book a cleanup with EventReset ("we", "us"). By booking you agree to them.
Bookings and price
Your booking describes the event, venue, guest count, package and add-ons. The price shown when you book is based on that description. If the event changes (for example more guests, a different venue or a much later end time), we may re-price it and will tell you before the crew does extra work.
Deposit, balance and cancellation
A deposit of 25% of the total (at least $75) holds your booking and is credited to the total. The balance is due after the job. If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival, we refund the deposit in full. Inside 72 hours the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Late events and waiting time
You can push the crew's arrival from your booking page. If the crew is on site and waiting because the event has not ended, the first 30 minutes are free and further waiting is billed at our crew rate.
Access and venue rules
You're responsible for making sure the crew can get in and that the venue allows our work at the booked time. We follow the venue's rules and your lock-up instructions.
What we don't do
We don't handle cash, card boxes or valuables; remove biohazards beyond normal event mess; handle hazardous materials; move heavy furniture; or take down tents, staging or inflatables.
Lost and found
We log items found during cleanup and keep them for 30 days for you to collect or arrange delivery. After 30 days unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.
Damage
Crews photograph existing damage on arrival. If you believe we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours with photos. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, and in any case to the amount you paid for the booking, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable toward EventReset bookings, have no cash value and don't expire.
