What the work looks like
- Bagging trash and recycling and taking it out
- Clearing tables, folding chairs and stacking rentals
- Taking down and boxing décor
- Wiping kitchens and bars, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning restrooms
- Taking before-and-after photos in the crew app
What you need
- 18 or older
- Able to lift 40 pounds and be on your feet for a few hours
- A way to get to venues at night (car, ride or transit)
- A smartphone with data
- Friendly, careful and on time

Questions about the job
Is this a full-time job?
No, it's part-time. Most crew members work two to four nights a week, mostly Friday and Saturday. Some work more during wedding season.
When do I get paid?
Every week, by direct deposit. Hours are tracked by your check-in and check-out in the crew app.
Do I need experience?
No. New crew members do a paid first shift alongside a crew lead who shows you the checklist.
What should I wear?
Comfortable black clothes and closed shoes with a good grip. We provide gloves and an EventReset shirt.
Do I keep my tips?
Yes. Customers can tip from their booking page and tips are split among the crew who worked that event.
