Booking

How do I book?

Use the booking form. It takes about two minutes: event type, date and end time, venue, guest count and package. You see the price before you pay anything.

How far ahead should I book?

Two weeks or more is best, especially for Saturdays from May to October. We accept bookings up to 48 hours out at normal prices. Inside 48 hours there's a short-notice fee of 10% (at least $50).

Can I change my booking?

Yes. Your booking page lets you update access instructions, venue contacts, rental pickup times and notes until the crew starts. For a new date, guest count or package, reply to your confirmation email and we'll re-price it.

Can my planner or venue book for me?

Yes. They can book under their name and add you as a contact, or you can book and share your booking page with them.

Do you serve my area?

Enter your ZIP code in the booking form and it will tell you. If we're not there yet, join the waitlist and we'll email you when we launch nearby.

On the night

When does the crew arrive?

At your event's end time by default. You can choose a quiet early start (30 minutes before the end) or a next-morning visit if your venue allows it.

Do I have to stay?

No. Most customers leave once the crew lead has arrived and confirmed the lock-up plan.

What if my event runs late?

Tap Running late on your booking page to push the arrival in 15-minute steps, up to three hours. If the crew is already waiting, the first 30 minutes are free and later waiting time is billed at the crew rate.

How many people will come?

At least two, always. The booking form shows the planned crew size and how long the job should take. Bigger events and tight deadlines get more people.

What do you need from the venue?

Access to the rooms, a place for trash and recycling (or add haul-away), and lights and water. Restroom supplies come from the venue's stock.

What happens to things guests leave behind?

The crew sweeps every room and logs each item with a photo on your booking page. We keep found items safe and arrange return with you the next day.

Pricing and payment

How is the price calculated?

From guest count, venue type, package and add-ons, plus any short-notice or after-2 AM adjustments. Every line shows in the booking form.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, $249.

How does payment work?

A 25% deposit (at least $75) holds your date and comes off the total. The balance is due after the job, from a link on your booking page.

Can the price change after I book?

Only if the event changes, for example more guests or a different venue. If the crew finds much more than the booking described, the lead calls you before doing extra work.

Can I tip the crew?

Yes, from your booking page after the job. Tips go to the crew who worked your event.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards work toward any booking and are a popular wedding gift.

Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 72 hours before the crew's arrival time for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 72 hours the deposit is kept, because the crew has already been scheduled.

What don't you clean?

Biohazards beyond normal party mess, hazardous materials, anything that needs a licensed trade (like pumping portable toilets), and heavy furniture moving. We don't take down tents, staging or inflatables; the rental company does that.

Do you handle cash or the card box?

No. Please have a family member or staff member take cash, card boxes and valuables before the crew starts.

What if something is damaged?

The crew photographs existing damage when they arrive and logs it on your booking page. If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Book the cleanup now. Forget about it until morning.

Two minutes, a fixed price, and a crew that shows up when your event ends.
