This policy explains what EventReset collects and why.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email, phone, the event address and details, access instructions and notes.
- Job records: crew check-in times, the checklist and photos taken at your venue.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Job applications: the details you submit when applying for work.
- Basic, cookie-free website analytics from Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
To run your booking: plan the crew, contact you about the event, send updates and receipts, and keep a record of the work. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the crew working your event and with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, payments and email).
Cookies
We use a cookie only to keep staff and crew signed in. The public site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Booking records and photos are kept for two years for warranty and dispute purposes, then deleted. Job applications are deleted after one year if you aren't hired.
Your choices
Email hello@eventreset.com to get a copy of your information or have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
