Late-night event cleanup, on your venue's clock.
Most cleaning companies close at six. Our crews start when events end, which is usually somewhere between 10 PM and 2 AM. The price doesn't change until a 2 AM arrival.
Tell us when the venue wants you out. We plan backwards from it.
The booking form asks for your event's end time and the venue's out-by time. If the gap is short, we send more people, and you see that in the price before you book.
Standard arrival
The crew arrives at your end time and starts once the last guests are out of each room.
Quiet early start
The crew arrives 30 minutes before the end and starts quietly on rooms guests have left, like the cocktail area, back kitchen or gift table. It's the cheapest way to beat a tight deadline.
Next morning
If the venue lets you leave things overnight, we come back at 8 AM for 10% off. Some venues allow it and many don't, so check your contract.
Events run long. That's fine.
Speeches go over and the dance floor stays full. Instead of a phone call in the middle of the party, open your booking page and tap Running late. Each tap moves the crew's arrival by 15 to 60 minutes, up to three hours.
The crew sees the new time straight away. If they're already parked and waiting, the first 30 minutes are free.
How we run a crew after dark.
We plan around your venue's deadline
Tell us when the venue needs you out. We size the crew to finish before then, and can start quietly in back rooms 30 minutes early.
A Running late button
Speeches ran long? One tap moves the crew's arrival. No phone calls at 11 PM.
Lock-up done your way
Venue staff on site, a door code, or you hand over keys. We follow the instructions and confirm when it's locked.
Proof for your deposit
Before photos when we arrive, after photos of every room when we leave, all timestamped on your booking page.
A lost and found log
Phones, jackets, the cake knife. Every item is photographed, logged and kept safe for you.
Never a crew of one
At least two people on every night job, with a lead who checks in and out.

Price my nightCommon questions
What hours do your crews work?
Night crews work from 9 PM to 4 AM, seven nights a week. Next-morning crews start at 8 AM.
Is late-night cleanup more expensive?
Not until 2 AM. Arrivals before then cost the same as any other time. Arrivals at 2 AM or later add 15% to the labor part of the price.
Will the crew be loud?
No. Night crews work without music, close doors gently and keep carts off hard floors where they can. At homes and residential venues we take bags out quietly and can leave them by the curb for collection day.
What happens if we finish early?
Tell the crew lead when they arrive and they'll start straight away. If your plans change by more than an hour, update the end time from your booking page.
Who locks up?
Whatever your booking says. Venue staff can stay on site, you can give us a door or lockbox code, or you can meet the crew lead and hand over keys. The lead confirms lock-up on your booking page.
